Hello everyone. The transfer has come to an end. Elder Crossman is leaving out to a small town in the west of france where he will finish his mission training a new Elder. I'll be receiving a fantastic missionary named Elder Heck. His name is classic, thus the title. This is his first transfer as a zone leader so i'll be showing him the ropes a bit.
This week we had 16 lessons that fell through but we found lots of potential amis. Our Zone was the highest contacting zone in the mission again this week. Our companionship talked to the most people in the mission as well, we're really working hard to get things going. As a zone we only have one baptismal date so we're in a bit of a rutt. This july we are trying to do a big miracle as a mission and more than triple our average monthy baptisms and baptise 50 people! Definititely impossible, without Jesus Christ.
The other Elder companionship in our apartment started teaching this new girl and attached below are some photos of me with her adorable dog! Yesterday we had a classic ethipoian meal with a member from over there yesterday. We throw all the food in a big bowl table and eat it all together with our hands! haha it was pretty fun! I dont have a lot else to say but im really sad to say goodbye to Elder Crossman. Him and I got along great and had lots of good laughs together.
The mission is the MTC for life- It might not always be fun, but im eternally greatful for everything that happens. I'm happy and learning a lot. I love you all. Have a great week.
Forever Love,
Elder Gruber
