[Week 25] Moving Again

Hey family, I hope all is well in Zion! Mom I laughed for a solid 5 minutes when I read the following passage you sent me in your email, 'he is smart as schizz'. hahahaha so classic. I love you so much and I love your personality a ton. Stay who you are.

This week was a bit crazy. We set our 4th baptismal date and picked up a couple more ami's. We started teaching this chinese kid at the university, and after the first lesson he told us how much he respected what we're doing, and one day wants to do it to. Haha that kids gotta get baptized! We saw so many miracles this transfer its crazy. we're teaching 3 families that could be future leaders in the ward. All was going well, and friday morning we recieve transfer calls and President informs me Im being sent back to the district of Bergerac, and will be serving in Brive, and finish training E.LeDuc. Its a bit strange because Ive done exchanges in Brive with E.LeDuc haha so its not really anything new but Im really excited for the oppurtunity to serve with a good friend!

I was wondering why then I came to Valence for only 6 weeks. It seemed strange. Later though we went to George and Missy's house and taught them their last lesson and took them to the Marie to get them married. They sincerely thanked us, told us that the family wouldnt be together if we hadent have taught them, and bore their testimonies of the restored gospel. Where George bore testimony it was so powerful. In the 6 weeks ive known them they have grown and changed so much. Im so proud of them.

So right now Im in Montpellier with my dear beloved buddy Elder Call. Our train here got delayed so we missed our next one to Bordeaux... the next one doesnt leave until 430. Anyways we're all sitting outside eating Kebabs when I see a guy walking past wearing a Stephen F. Austin University hoody. I freaked out and was so excited that I uttered out uncomprehendable french and asked the guy if he went there. He somewhere understood me and said yes. I thought it was the funniest thing so I just had to take a picture with him for proof. So whenever I get a comp with a camera cord ill send all the pics from the transfer.

Well my emails have been pretty lame lately but Ive been rushed and scattered brained so hopefully they will start gettign better. I wont get into Brive until tomorrow morning now since I have to stay the night in Bordeaux. Im excited for this new transfer and im ready to work hard and see miracles. I dont really feel ready to be senior comp but oh well haha. Transfer 4 will be a good one. I love you all and Im grateful for you in my life!

Elder Gruber
