[Week 38] 5 Week Transfer

Howdy everyone! I pray you have all had a great week.
So this transfer is going to be one week shorter than usual because of all the influx of missionaries going to the MTC. Apparently theyre going to change the whole program there now so its 6 weeks and they have to change our transfer schedule too. Also that means I'll be coming home a week earlier.
Well its pretty cold here. It has snowed about every other day, and its nasty wet snow. Not like the best snow on earth we have back home! Gap is pretty much Bergerac all over again. Theyre both by and large the 2 smallest towns and branches in the mission. There are only about 40 people on the ward list including less actives that non in the brache has ever seen, so we've pretty much already went and tried to visit all the less actives. The challenge here is to really try and work with the members, because like I was saying last letter that is the focus of our mission now. Unfortunately, there just arent members in our secteur haha. So its gonna take a lot of extra thinking to figure out how to do it. Another problem with these tiny villages is that there have been missionaries here since like the 1850s and there arent many inhabitants. So basically everyone knows the missionaries! Ha its interesting.
I hope you all have a great week and focus all your personal scripture study on the Savior. I love you all!
Forever Love,
Elder Gruber
