[Week 31] Do You Want To Learn More About Jesus Christ?

Salut à tous!! I hope everyone is doing great. I about shed a tear when you sent me that picture of chandler in his maroon singlet with his madel!! I'm so proud of him! Even if I dont approve of the word Jordan written on his chest. We'll have to work on that when I get back. Well straight away mom I am going to call you to repentance! You absolutely have to put up a christmas tree this year. Its not even a question. Even if its just one of those little wal mart ones.

This week I went on exchange with the Zone leaders in Bordeaux. And Im actually back here again waiting for my new compagnon. But this ville is super cool at night. The christmas decorations are super pretty and just puts you in the holiday spirit. We taught this guy that is a baptismal engagé for the belgium mission but had to flee down to france for safety reason. So we got special permission and got to call the Elders that were teaching him in the Netherlands! Haha its not really that cool but for some reason to me it was cool seeing that there are missionaries all over this world not just in the Lyon France mission. Well I guess I already mentioned it, but I said good bye to the lovely Elder LeDuc this morning as I sent him of to St. Raphael where he will kick it on the beach and escape the winter cold. This transfer Ill be receiving a certain Elder Visser, another bleu, who is from Layton I believe. Also I was called to be the new district leader here. This transfer we're expecting lots of miracles. We are now teaching this lady named Claudine who just moved in with a family in the branch. We taught her once and we're seeing her tomorrow. She accepted baptism but not a date yet. She has a really strong testimony of Jesus Christ and loves his restored church already! She has some health problems though so I would love it if you all could pray for her so she accepts a bapismal date and has good health. Right before we taught her last week, we had a super spiritual miracle, and she was there to see it. I think she really understands the power of the priesthood because of it.

Welp Im working away. I really hope I can see some fruits of our labour soon. I hope everyone is having a great december. It almost kint of snowed here yesterday and it made me miss snow storms! and also cause the french to be thrown into a panick. as a result of the weather we had half the number of people at church than usual haha. Everyone count your many blessings. I hope everyone understands the importance of repentance. its an amazing gift we all have been given freely. its not something bad, but its really awesome. I hope you all repent everynight, and thank God for all you have. I am  doing this the best I can also. I know Christ lives, and I love you all!

Forever Love
Elder Gruber
