[Week 32] Should've Been A Cowboy

 Aloha everybody! Well Christmas is just around the corner, I hope all is well in Zion. I guess we can attack that question right away... So Christmas day I will be calling somewhere between 6 and 9 o'clock. Does that work with you all? If not I can arrange for some other time. We'll be going over to la famille Villain's house and theyve got a skype and all that. We'll be there tonight so Ill talk to Frère Villain and give him your account info dad. There shouldnt be any problems but if something comes us for somereason ill let you all know next week.

So Ill have to side with ol' Toby Keith and say it, I Should've Been A Cowboy. I should've learned to rope and ride, wearin my 6 shooter, ridin my pony on a cattle drive... Because other wise I feel like a total city slicker next to my lovely companion Elder Visser. He is a rodeo cowboy... suuuper epic. He is a very friendly and loving guy. I'm really greatful to have the oppurtunity to serve with him. We are going to see lots of miracles this mutation. As of right now we are already seeing some. We have been teaching our ami Claudine and she accepted the 5 janvier for baptism. I would love it if you could all pray for Claudine so that she can make her date and receive all the blessings of baptism. When we taught her last week at one of the members house we at lunch. We ate a mystery meat that was interesting. After we had finished we were informed it was duck heart. It wasnt half bad. It was definitely a first!

Saturday we went down to Périgueux to help the Elders over there find some new amis. Ther're really struggling for the moment to find something to teach . So we 'blitzed' the town and talked to hundreds of people. We went and helped the branch do a helping hands service gig. They had this stand and were selling chicken and rice. So I got to turn the handle while all this amazing chicken was cooking. I profited well because it was super cold but the fire kept me nice and toasty :). This week we got some cool stuff planned as well. Ill be going out to Bergerac this week and stick around with E. Peel again. Its always exciting to go back out to Bergerac.
