[Week 50] Why Hello Hello

Why Hello Hello

Bonjour family! Its your beloved lost son. I hope all is well is Zion, I imagine that its reconforting to look out and see 3 magnificent temples from our porch. I love Zion!
So I heard that some of you had a bit of a time understanding last week letter, for that I excuse myself! I was inspired by the reference that was made in the last general conference to my favorite talk from our loving prophet.
Anyways I meant what I said, those things are important! So dont forget them :)

Ill go ahead and update for these past 2 weeks! The 2 highlights were general conference and the zone leader council we had in Lyon. Conference was incredible but literally was over in the blink of an eye. Im so excited to get to go in person again one day! We are truley so blessed to have a living prophet. It was fun, we watched all the talks at the church on the big projector. There was a room in french, english, spanish, and portugeese... so much diversity here. A couple days later we went to Lyon to be taught by President Roney, and it was so incredible. We were instructed and trained then we all went out and raided lyon haha and the big man himself came out into the mud and joined the infantry men in the trenches! We had some great miracles and were ready to retransmit what the President had taught us to our zones. The next day we had our zone training meeting, which went well as well.

My companions name is Elder Tromeur. He is a classssic man. Reminds me a lot of Clay Harris! (If by chance youre reading this clay I love you)! Hes a good ol fashion Italien, but he speaks a good ol 4 languages. To put it simply he is a genius! He knows the scriptures inside and out and im learning boat leads from the guy. Our secteur is Geneva and a couple of other towns around it, so its tiny compared to the secteur of Gap. The work is lots different here. we take the tram every where and do lots of our contacting there or in the buses. Im still getting used to being in a bigger town but Im absolutely loving it here. Geneva itself is really pretty. speaking of amis though, we`ve got lots of good potential.

Well its so darn great to get to talk to you all. If there is anything I can ever do other than pray let me know! I love you all so very much. Have a fantastic week and dont forget to read your scriptures! I love you all.

Forever Love,
Elder Gruber
